same as on a regular phone, dial *67, the the area code, then the number. (assuming you are in the US).

Skyline (below): Obviously not everyone has the same phone as you, so your instructions won't work. Duh.

The person who made the call does not want their number shown to the receiver. Their phone number is an unlisted number which they pay extra for. This feature is used by many professionial people returning calls made to their office:ie doctorswho would not want you to have their personal cell phone number. However pranksters can to the same thing. You can not retreive the number without legal action involving the police.

I think you can dial *67 and then the number or you can just call your phone company for some advice.
