Ooh - tough question. Don't know if you're a guy or a girl... which makes this tougher.
If a girl - go for hot... and a hot Tinker bell is potentially extremely hot and kinky. Definitely an attention getter.
For a guy - Tinkerbell is an extremely funny option, and you could go with a more transvestite look.
If a girl - model is really less distinctive, although you could go for some hard core hotness - but really I can't see this as really standing out.
For a guy - model offers a great opportunity for cross dressing. I once went to a costume party as a prom queen - wore a prom dress from a gf (did NOT shave the old legs though)... was sufficiently impressive that another guy copied the idea for a later costume party - wore a miniskirt and did shave his legs!
Tough choices - hope some of this helps.

well i would pick tinkerbell because a girl model is sort of boring. how would you dress if you were a girl model?
