how do I order a replacement social security card? the one I have is old and wrinkled badly.?

and is there a fee?

Contact the county office that you renew your driver's license at.
Not sure about the fee. I don't think I had to pay for mine (name change).

You can request one from the Social Security Administration. Unless they have started charging within the past 10 years, I am not aware of any fee to request a social security card.
