where can i get a subsidy passcode?

i bought a fone off my friend it is locked to vodafone i want to use my o2 sim in it but when i put it in it says enter subsidy passcode?

You need to get the code to unlock it from Vodaphone. If they won't give it to you, depending on the model phone there could be other ways of unlocking it. There are many mobile phone shops who could unlock it for around £20.

if your friend has spent more than £30 in credit on vodafone she should be able to get one free (thats the virgin mobile policy)

you should be able to get it done for a tenner on the market
