it's called a cloaca. both poop and uriates(pee) just like a bird. the white part is the pee.

Snakes don't defecate in the mammal sense.
They regurgitate everything up once their done digesting.
I've seen videos of snake swallowing eggs and digesting it. After it's done, the snake just regurgitates the egg shell up with all of its life juices sucked out.

from their butt, duh..
it was funny, at the time, my python was only 5 ft long, he ate 2 guinea pigs, but when he pooped, it looked so huge, everyone didnt belive it was from him!! im like 'what, like i got in the cage and did it?' haha..true
