Get the train from Plumstead to Charing Cross.

Then the bakerloo line northbound to Baker Street

Then the Uxbridge branch of the Metropolitan line to Hillingdon.

I lived in Plumstead for about 9 months (right off Plumstead Common Rd). Good Lord, it's depressing.

I think you can catch Southeatern to either London Bridge or Cannon Street. If London Bridge, take the Jubilee Line on the Underground to Baker Street. If Cannon Street, take District or Circle to Westminster and change onto Jubilee to Baker Street. At Baker Street, take the Uxbridge brnach of the Metropoliatn line to Hillingdon.

Don't come to Plumstead, it's not nice. Go somewhere nicer. If you live here then you have no choice go to tfl website and fill their route planner. www.tfl.gov.uk
