your BMI (body mass index) is 25.9 which means you are clearly not overweight (>30).

I once rode w/ a lady who was an inch shorter than you. She probably weighted more than you by a few pounds. Since she was constantly riding her bike (110 mile days) she did NOT look fat in the least.

You see, the 128 pounds might be all flab if you're a couch potato. On the other hand, if you're hitting the gym for an hour a day, it might be very little flab, and you'd have a beautiful body at that weight. You don't say which it is.

Granted, short people have an awful time with weight, since one pound of body fat really looks bad. And, women are double-whammied.

So, the recipe is simple -- count to 500. You either cut out 500 calories a day out of your diet (roughly on order of fries), or exercise to burn off 500 calories a day, or a combo that adds up to 500.

At 4'11 and 128 lbs your bmi would be 25.9, placing you only slightly above normal weight. However, if you are an adolescent and still developing, avoid taking extreme measures to lose weight as it can have a detrimental effect on your metabolism and only make the situation worse.
Since you are technically overweight, just make sure you are attempting to live a healthy lifestyle, eating right and excercising. If you are and have no health problems, it is likely that your current weight is fine and will adjust as you mature.
Do you think you're fat? Your bone structure could make your weight appear flattering on your frame. Don't make such an effort to look thin; instead strive for health.
Be confident, and it will reflect in your appearance.

No, thats considered pretty normal. I'm 5'1 and 120, and I see room for improvement on myself..if you do decide to lose a little, dont do it stupidly, you'll just gain it back, but you dont really need to worry. just eat healthier, and if youre young it will come right off

it depends if all of your fat is in one place or not. If you think you are then start exercising you will drop weight fast and dont eat a lot of junk food. That's the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
