Depends on the store. Usually you can't since they have no idea if you pirated the DVD if it's opened.

If you didn't order it and it was just sent to you, keep it. Consider it a gift. They have to prove you ordered it and if they don't have a form with your signature, they're shyt out of luck. When that happens, you can do whatever you want with it: burn it, toss it, use it for a coaster.

But if you did order it but changed your mind, or if you signed up for the club and didn't send that form back in time saying you don't want this month's selection, sorry, it's yours. You signed a deal.
