Since she brought you to the party, please dig deep and feel the love and the responsibilty she gave to you. If you do this correctly , you will never be able to match that so give her the number one thing she wants most. MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Moms are the most special people on the planet if your lucky and if your asking what to get your mom you must be lucky. Think of all the worry your mom has done over you. Think of all the nights she lost sleep hoping you were ok. Think of how nice it feels to have a hug from your mom when you've had a bad day. Now think of your mom. What is something that your mom enjoys. For my mom, I came over and cleaned her house top to bottom and lit candles and made a bubble bath and turned on some sappy lovey dovey Air Supply music and had dinner ready in the oven. Moms really appreciate nice gestures like that even if the whole thing was free. Just write her a nice letter to go with it thanking her for all the time and love she has given you. Make sure you tell her that even though you make her crazy and sometimes say things to hurt her that you love her more than anyone else and you appreciate her everyday! Tell her I said Merry Christmas as well.

As a mom, my favorite gifts over the years from my daughter have been ones she made for me. You can cook your mom dinner (even Hamburger Helper would be appreciated) or make her a coupon book on the computer for tasks around the house or outside that would give her a break. One of my all time faves is a personal letter... tell your mom why you love her and what she means to you. She'll treasure it forever. The best gifts in life require love, not dollars

A hand knotted throw would be perfect, inexpensive and easy. Buy 1 1/2 yards or metres or polar fleece in 2 different colours, put them togheter, and cut 4" long fringe all around the edges. tie each set of 2 coloured fringes together and you are done! A perfect throw for curling up under while watching tv and it should cost about $30. And the bonus is your mom can brag to her friends that YOU made it for her!

Create a memorable scrapbook for her. Include pictures, programs & even cash! It's from the heart so & you're putting your time into it so I'm sure pretty much any mother would love & appreciate something like that. I know I would.

You could get her one of those picture frames that you can leave a voice message on. Or you could make her a coupon book filling it with things like -a shopping trip with just us, I'll do the dishes for tonight, take a community class together.
Or, you could buy her a crystal vase. Is she into collecting things? I personally like elephants, my husband bought me a beautiful crystal elephant last year.
Whatever it is i'm sure she'll love it.

make her a photo album of you and your activities. not one like she would make, one that you make, with your sayings, your quotes, cut-outs, keepsakes like a ribbon or leaf or a ticket stub. any way you want. if you don't have time, do it for her birthday or even your birthday, mom's day. this is a way for your mom to have more time spent with you and to think about whenever she can. i have done this for my mother-in-law and i think it's the present she liked the most.
if you don't have time, get her some really nice expensive thick soft bath towels. everytime she uses them she will think comforting thoughts of you.
