LIke 10 cents per song, but no viruses or anytying.
Any P2P network, like the ones listed by other answerers (I think) can have spyware, as the songs are put there by users, not companies.
Allofmp3.com is a legal company from russia.

Lime Wire, Bear Share, Kazaa Mp3.com. Search on google. I recomend using a mac so you dont get viruses. Allofmp3 is pretty good its 17 cents a song.
