Breast feeding, stress, imbalance of hormones, steroid use, intense athletics, dysfunctional uterous, and more that I can't think of right now...Give yourself two months, if no period by then, go see your doctor. If you start having pain, go sooner......

Endometriosis
PCOS
Menopause
Low-functioning thyroid

The list goes on... a lot of the time when you miss a period, the only answer you will ever get for why is "No reason at all"

Hi there. There are several possible causes for a missed period. A sudden increase in physical exercise, increased stress, poor nutrition and/or possible hormone imbalances could be behind it. If this continues to go on, I would highly recommend you seeking medical attention.

I missed mine once because I exercised more than usual that month. If it happens again you should see a doctor though to make sure it's nothing serious.

You could miss your period if you change your diet drastically or exercise more than you are used to.

Stress and low body fat. A woman will not menstruate if she is under weight. See you doctor.
