stand in the mirror or if you have a pet try to do it in front of them. I know that standing in the mirror can help out. Where are you from?
Oh you had another question about clothing, jeans is what most of us wear but if you are needing nice work clothes just go to the mall or department store and look for outfitts that are already matched up. You can never go wrong with a black skirt, goes with anything, and boots. Email me if you need anything

What does the presentation have to do with friends?
Join a club that interests you or join a sports team. Talk to the person next to you and ask them about something in class - just start a conversation.
