well it´s Christmas, sit down & enjoy with your kid´s but don´t eat all the purple one´s , shame I can´t eat them too , Merry Christmas to you and your Family

Few options:
1) Join em
2) Buy some more
3) Hide them where they cant find them.
4) Get a small box just for them to eat and keep the rest of the tin for yourself.
5) Fill the tin with something else that seems like sweets. Superglue the lid so they cant get in and keep the sweets for yourself.

While you are there tell them the choccies have hydrogenated vegetable oil in them, this stuff hardens the arteries and isnt good for their health at all!!! sounds abit extreme...but its true, if you want choccies without the sinful ingredient try Marks and Spencer their chocs are quality and more indulgent, than the quality streets which to me arent that nice anyway!!!

Have a good laugh and munch on the chocolates...
Oh yes... don't forget, to buy another tin of chocolates, but make sure, that you hide it, until you want the chocolates, to be eaten .

Replace their main christmas present with the remainder of the tin and dont let them have the proper presents for a few days.

give one of each of their presents to a charity or sell it infront of them and buy a new tin with it.
or dont give them anymore chocolates for xmas

As long as its only the tin they've eaten you can put the sweets in a fruit bowl or similar. .. )

i am a super strick mum... but it is Christmas! make them do some jobs round the house while you relax you'll love punishment. watching them run around for you for a change would highly amuse you.
