I am a student currently in the state of Texas. I have already gotten accepted to the University of Advancing Technology and I am also physically disabled. I am a a senior in high school and I would like to live withi the dorms of the private university, which are off-campus apartments, and I need someone to stay with me, as a caretaker...
I really need help, as I am going to be there in the Falll of 2007 and my parents are freaking out about what to do...
Please...ANYONE that has ANY information, answer...

contact the dept of Human services..they can direct you. We have org. here that hire people to come in and stay with people 8 hour shifts or longer..You might also advertise in the paper or with the colleges employment office..they might be able to help you...most of the time if you get another student, they are going to be going to classes, work, etc and won't be able to help you a lot.
