Is this like the joke where the man and woman get married and she asks her husband for $20.00 each time they have sex. After 20 years of marriage the man looses his job and his wife smiles at him. He asks her what are you so happy about? She said to him "you know how every time you wanted sex I charged you $20.00?" he responded "yes", she said "well, I took that money that you gave me and have been investing into the stock market for the past 20 years and now we have over a million dollars!" He stood up and excitedly said "if I would have known that I would have gave you all my business"
Other than that... the answer to your question is mine doesn't. My philosophy is when he wants it, where he wants it and how he wants it. Because if he's not getting it from me, he'll liable to go elsewhere. He's appreciative of this arrangement and doesn't ever take advantage like when I'm angry or sad.

There is a motivational program that works, but you really have to work at it. If you put in an extra hour every day, it's pretty much guaranteed to work.
First, you have to figure out what would really make you the ideal husband to your wife. It would probably involve your helping with chores like dishes, laundry, taking out the garbage, things like that. Then you start doing those things without her having to ask you or nag you.
After that, you have to be in a good mood, friendly, fun and affectionate. Hug her without expecting anything in return.
It will also help if you show her that you think of her when you're not with her. Try phoning or leaving little notes. Tell her you love her. Find things to praise about her, that she's a good wife, that you love her, that you think she looks nice today.
You'll also want to do things that show her you still desire her. Buy her a nice nightgown, flowers, and jewelry, even if there's no special reason.
If you spend just one hour a day doing these things, I think you will find a profound difference in your love life!
