I'm 22 years old, 5'4, 140, and my boobs are a 38G. What can I do to make my boobs just a little smaller? I'd like to be a 36D.

I can't afford to get plastic surgery/breast reduction. I have no insurance. I don't think I'd want to either, it looks too painful. Thanks.

Breast Reduction surgery has become very common now. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Many patients travel from United States of America and UK to get low cost surgery in India. Indian corporate hospitals are comparable to hospitals anywhere in the world. In fact, India has medical facilities that are comparable with the USA, UK and Canada. India offers World Class Medical Facilities, comparable with any of the western countries. India has state of the art Hospitals and the best medical experts. With the best infrastructure, the best possible Medical facilities, accompanied with the most competitive prices, you can get the treatment done in India at the lowest prices.

Breasts are made up of mostly fatty tissue. They are usually the last place you gain weight and the first place you lose it. Therefore if you eat right and get plenty of exercise you can shrink a cup size in just a matter of time. Focus on cardiovascular work the most (running, step aerobics, belly dancing : ), etc.). Do a least 20 continual minutes 3 - 5 times a week. If that doesn't solve the problem then I'm out of options besides surgery. Good luck!

Weight loss and exercise are the only things out side of surgery that will help.

Here's a tip. Go to a gym that's having an open house or is giving away a free one day membership.

Quiz them on exercises that will build up chest muscle and promote weight loss.

My wife is similiar to you in size. She dropped to 125 from 145 and lost 2 cup sizes an 3 inches.

For you height your weight sounds normal. What I would suggest is chest exercises like doing weights and strengthening your pectoral muscles. You could also try to loose some weight and hopefully the combination of weight training and weight reduction with make your breasts smaller. Good luck!

wow... maybe I could suck on them for you for a few days or weeks... if that doesn't work... well we'll just have to try a few more weeks or months...LOL

no seriously the only way is to lose weight... but even then I think you will still have large breasts, you're only about 20 pounds overweight
