You can't get a good quality good size diamond for around 50 or 60 dollars without getting involved in some sketchy business. I suggest you watch Blood Diamond then reevaluate either your choice of gemstone or your price range.
If you need to go cheap for a gift it would be better (morally and otherwise) to get a beautiful stone of another type than to attempt to buy a fake or corrupt diamond.

No where and since you spelled dollars wrong I am hoping that was only a accident and you are not a child cause you do not start buying diamonds tell you are at least in a serious relationship for awhile after a year.
But to answer this question with no comments Sears is having 50% off and a extra 10% off certain brands it may not be a good size but real and good quality will out weight big. You may be able to get some earrings with the birth stone nice ones there.

nowhere~ if there is a place though, they will be selling microscopic diamonds.. still not a good size. a good size is 1 karat diamond. No diamond with a good size and good quality will ever be less than $1,000.

It dont definitely count what type of gun you get as long because it has a pump. in case you're doing BB gun wars with a gun that doesnt have a pump, then you particularly're gonna have a bloody mess through the tip. You can get a simulated diamond or cubic zirconia set in gold plated silver for that price. Here's a good place. All of their jewelry looks like the real thing.
