Clearly you have some issues.

If you do, the friendship will suffer. Be kind to her and gentle with any feedback you may offer and please, don't inundate her with a list of her faults.

Maybe the bossy and smell part, but never tell another girl that she is fat. It's not like she doesn't know that already. Trying to smell better and not be as bossy are things that she can actually work on. She won't go on a diet until she gets the motivation to do it, and she can't get that from you.

Well, true friends should always be honest with one another. Perhaps you should try to soften what you want to tell her. Get her to go jogging, or some type of exercise, with you. Go shopping together and stop by the soap aisle. Reccomend some body wash/soap. As for the bossy factor, tell her that she comes across as a bit too bossy sometimes and that it offends you. If she has a bad attitude about, then cease from hanging out with her for a week or so and she if she changes her mind. Good luck!

Maybe discuss the bossy issue and how you don't like the feel of overpowering by her. As for smelling...go with caution- you know her more than I do, is she easily offended? Is she a good friend? Will she understand this well-meant criticism? If you said yes to any of the previous than maybe you could- again, I don't know her and I never have done something like that, maybe I have cautioned and because I knew the people well they were happy I told them what was wrong. And fat?! Never! That's rude, and there's better ways to go about it then being blunt. it sounds like this isn't a friend but someone you've got issues with but is in your social circle, however, what do you do for exercise? Would she care to join you?, if you're willing. By doing these tips with her, you can be gentile for ++ effects. Good luck

That would be kind of rude...but if u really feel like she needs to know that she is being bossy then tell her..but the one about how she smells and her weight thats another issue..i meen i bet ur friend noes shes overweight so dont pressure her by actually telling her that can hurt her feelings a lot and with the smell just like buy her deoderant or aks her nicely to put some on...just remember be nice...

Depends, are you looking to have one less friend? As her friend, it shouldn't matter to you that she's fat. It only matters if she wants to change and if so, tell her you'll help her w/an excercise program and how to properly eat. Her b.o. needs to get under control. I would talk to her about it, she's obviously unaware that she smells. Offer her some deodorant and some lotions that smell really nice. If she's bossy to you, put her in place the next time she says something you don't like...works everytime.

Is this a question you really need to ask. If she smells offensive, them you should tell her, if she is losing friends because she is bossy, then maybe you should try and understand what is bothering her and help her through it. And I am sure she knows if she is overweight, Just be a supportive friend so matter what her size is.

You definitely should, but please remember to be kind.

When I was in school I used to be totally bossy. I would say things that hurt people and I didn't realize that I was doing it and that my friends were being hurt.
But after a friend pulled me aside one day and told me that I was hurting people I made a conscious effort to stop saying and doing things to hurt people.
I was also able to come to the realization that I was hurting people because I had been hurt by the rest of the people in my class who treated me really bad. So, I was basically taking out my anger on my friends and anyone else who got in my way.

In terms of the body odor and the obesity, you have to tread carefully. Who knows, her bossy behavior might be a manifestation of her low self-esteem. So you don't want to be too callous and hurt her feelings.

well serisouly consider this... if she's worth the consequenses of shutting up now, then dont say it right out. Say " lets make it girls night" all of us come in and bring our favorite deodarants, shampoos, and body wahses. Then we will take a bath, and later will play " personality switch. Tell her to act bossy. She'll probably keep on acting like always. Then all of the sudden say " wow, are u acting or not? Cuz sometimes i notice like u do that in school too. Get it??? Sh'll understand where ure going...............

One of the best ways to handle this is
have her stay the night with you
she will know that you take a shower
and that you are clean / hygiene
she will take the hint and follow
being bossy. be bossy back . she will hate that . she will get the hint on that too
being fat . well that is something she has to work on.
if you eat anything, eat light and give her the same as you eat.
