I have a really cute neighbor and he's a year older than me. He is soooo cute. He always says hi to me whenever we see each other. His best friend and I go to the same school and we are kind of friends. Is there any chance that he likes me? Is there any way I can get him to like me???

You could always just ask him out. Or if you want to play the "I need to know how he feels about me 1st game" ask your friend who's his best friend to talk to him and see if he would want to go out w/you. There is nothing you can do to "get someone to like you". It's all about attraction, your personality, if he thinks you're cute, nice, sweet or whatever it is about someone he'd like. Good luck.

Use your girly ways, approach him tell him he is hot hot hot looking and you like him. I dare you to be straight forward and tell him you like him. Or do you want to be a wanna be but c'mon have the guts and I am sure he does not have any fangs to bite you.
