Usually I would say to stay out of other's relationships, but this sounds different. Since he is your family, you should definately have his back. Also, I find it awful that your "friend" would treat another friend's family member this way. He deserves to know the truth, however remember to tell him you're not 100% sure, you're just looking out for him.

This isn't Jerry Springer. If YOU were ALSO dating your cousin, THEN it would be a Springer episode.

But anyway, unless you are 100 percent sure and have the photos to prove it, stay the hell out of it. It's none of your business. If you want to talk to someone, talk to her. Ask her point blank. if she say no, she's not, then drop it. If she admits it, tell her of the pain she is causing her boyfriend. But again, this is none of your business.

If you really cherish your friendship and family, you must tell your cousin the truth. Cheating isn't good for your friend nor your cousin. It will hurt them both even more in the end.

I would tell my cousin, and I would also tell him there's a 5% chance that you could be wrong, but that you would rather tell him and let him do some investigating of his own rather than stay quiet and say nothing!

Talk to the cheater and let them know what you know.

Ask them to own up to their actions and if they don't, then let the other know what you know. But first tell the cheater.

Tell your friend that you know what's she's doing and you're going to spill the beans if she doesn't stop her ways.
