It means a crack head but it is also used by people who don't know and just call white people that.When I was is new york people told me there that they call it to canadian white people.I AM A WHITE CANADIAN but not a cracker and i wonder how they would feel being called something other then there name or refered to as something other then a person but they don't think those people cuz there to ignorant to care what others think.

It is for a white person - but it has a country twist to it.

I call my boyfriend a craker - it's meant out of love - but his is a southern country white boy.
