Fall asleep to old Slayer at very low levels...no, seriously, it's repetitious and if you play it so that all you can hear is a dull hum and not actual instruments or words, it will put you to sleep. The CAT scan does the same thing, as does a loud automobile...repetitious droning is the best thing to make you tired and fall asleep. I used to do it all the time and it worked like a charm...

Enya has some pretty good cd's out. Very calming, very soothing. I've fallen asleep to her on multiple occasions.

this is probably the best i can do but go to limewire if you dont have it download it here www.limewire.com go to holosync in the search downliad theta its 78 megabyte file its 30 minutes. this is meditation music it uses certain sound frequencies to put you in a theta wave brain state which will inturn relax you till you go to sleep
