Not really.
One of the advantages to being over 40 is that you have built up enough "crust" that you really could give a rats patutti what everyone else thinks.

Not nearly as much now as I did when I was a teen.
I have to admit that I do somewhat care, or at least wonder, but for the most part I don't let what others think dictate my choices or self-esteem. I'm happy with myself and my body, and I wear what I want.

Our society has definitely put an emphasis on appearances and public mannerisms in the past century, and less on intellect and opinions.
so i guess, yes, i am concerned with my appearances and the way people view me, and not in a stuck up snobby way. im just saying that since first impression is always right, why not make an amazing first impression?
its like my mom always told me before we went out when i was little....
"COMB YOUR HAIR HONEY! I DONT WANT TO BE SEEN WITH A MESSY DAUGHTER!"
lol.
oh and i when people are all like "i dont care what people think of me"
because YES YOU DO. if you were forced to go to school buttnaked for the whole day, you'd be selfconcious. so dont gimme that b.s.

I always do my best to keep a clean and neat appearance, in order to feel good about myself. How people view me is none of my concern really. What you see is what you get. Like it or not.

I'm concerned about how I look just like any other normal person is but when it comes to what people think of me I could honestly care less.. I am who I am, and if someone has a problem with that then they need to do a major self-evaluation.

I am pretty concerned I think less so then when I was in my teens im 23 now but I like to look nice it makes me feel good, I do care more about my opinon but I like people to think I look good as well

Yes. I realize there are people more attractive that I. I always try to look my best when I go out. Just in case I run into that old boyfriend; I don't want to be caught without makeup or in my sweats.

not really-- I wear anything, I just pick up something that I feel comfortable in, like sports clothes and sneakers. I never wear any makeup. The only think I take care of is my hair and my hygiene though.

Unless there's some guy I'm trying to get the attention of, I usually only dress to make myself happy. I like to look nice, but not for anyone else's sake. Just so I can look in the mirror and say: "Hey, pretty girl!"

im kinda really concerned when im in public.like everything has to be perfect.which some people call me barbie because im so perfect and i sometimes wish if i went out with no make up and just jeans and a t shirt that nobody would say anything.but everyones already used to me being so pretty and perfect.
(only my apperance if perfect not my life)
