I'd like to help you, but it would help to know what it's for, and/or where it's located. It's easier to come up with something region-specific. If it's in Slovakia, the name would be entirely different than a city name in the U.S. It would also be good to have some historical background to that area.

Then again, creative means it would be a product of creation, in which case, any combination of consonants and vowels or full sentences. Some examples:
