I liked the answer a friend of mine gave her daughter when she realized that Santa was not a real person. The daughter had a look of absolute betrayal on her face. Kathy explained that Santa Claus personifies everything about Christmas-the birth of Jesus, the giving of gifts, the smell of cookies in the oven, a good meal shared with those you love. She asked her to to think of all the things that Christmas meant to her. Kathy told her it would be difficult to explain all those things to a very young child so parents just call them Santa Claus. But as a child grows and learns about all the wonderful things that Christmas is, the term Santa Claus is not necessary. I didn't explain this as well as she did but we all saw a picture of Santa, smiled, and thought of all the wonderful things Christmas truely is.

Sure, there's nothing wrong with it. Santa's helper aka my dad still asks me to get my list for Santa ready. I remember when I was a kid, I heard these big footsteps in the middle of the night and I knew with all my heart it was Santa. So, I closed my eyes real tight and went back to sleep! In the morning, there were so many gifts! haha, man those were they days.

I have lost all faith in Santa Claus. One year when I was like 6 or 7 I snuck downstairs to find my parents putting present under the tree. When they went back to bed I went downstairs to find all the presents saying "FROM SANTA" haha! What a rip off.

Santa is not real. Take it from me, I found out that santa wasn't real when I was 5. Your mom or dad just put the presents under the tree. I caught my parents. If you dont believe me , put up a camera somewhere near your chimminy or tree and then watch it the next day. (If you dont like what I just told you, Forget I even said it)
-Santa's fake ! Give up....
