My periods are very light and short. What can be the reason/s for this? What can I do to make it heavier and last longer?

Some womens just are light and short. Why would you want it long and heavy?

Be thankful you have light periods. Most women would love to have this "problem". And as far as I know there is no way to make your period worse, sorry.

nothing can really help the heavier flow part, but why would you want a heavier period?!?

it depends on how much you weight or your size. I know that women who wear small sizes periods tend to last 1 to 3 days. Women who are medium last 3 to 5 days, and large women last 5 to 7 days.

Be happy you have A light period, heavy one's are know
fun!!! I bleeded so bad that I had to have two blood trans and
it was not fun !!!!!!
