What Desi (Indian, Pakistani, Bangaldeshi, etc.) restaurants in Atlanta area would you consider to be the most AUTHENTIC ones? I am tired of the typical Americanized Desi restaurants and am looking for real authentic food. I don't care if they don't look that great. Afterall, isn't the best food even in India always found in road side Dhabas and small joints?

Additional Note: I am more specifically looking for restaurants that make spicy and authentic Chicken dishes.

i admire Indian food yet I havent considered a place like that throughout Dallas. all the Indian eating places listed under are tremendously Americanized. in spite of the shown fact that, in spite of the reality that it ought to no longer be completely real, the food at India Palace is super.
