You can also use Elizabeth or Eleanor, and shorten them to Ella. In fact some name dictionaries give Ella as a shortening for Eleanor. This can also be spelled Elena or Ellinor.
Arabella, Annabella, Petronella, Prunella, Mariella (which shortens to Ella most easily, in my opinion), Cinderella (but I'd advise thinking very hard before naming your child Cinderella, really!) or you could cheat slightly and use Michelle.
Edit: don't call her Rubella. That's a disease. As is Salmonella, before anyone suggests that...

Daniella (sp Daniela) Raquelle (sp Raquel) Brielle! Love! Isabelle (sp Isabel) Neither! yet love Arabella Neither :( Love Michaela What? Neither. Janelle Sorry to be choosy, yet i do no longer only like the Arybelle/a, Mikelle/a, or Ranielle/a and that i a ways desire the spellings i discussed. That reported, i admire elle/ella names, yet i'm rather biased to elle! while i became pregnant, I strongly seen Brielle or Gabriella so i could desire to apply the Elle/Ella/Ellie nickname.

Why not just name her Ella? That's a pretty name.
Or Isabella, thats another pretty name.

Gabriella is good (although she might get the nickname Gabi). I also like the name Isabella. I can't think of any more at the moment.
