Everything I can do, she can do better. Please don't try to tell me there's one thing I'm better at than her, because there ain't. I'm supremely jealous and really ticked. She's a good friend, but I don't know how I can stand it any longer!

Jealousy is a green-eyed monster. Practice praising her for performing well. Practice being thankful for being healthy. Make a list of how good she is to you or how good your parents are to you or how good your grandparents are to you. Find your strong points and try to improve on them. Quit comparing yourself to her. Bad medicine. Be thankful for who you are. If she is so great, ask her to help you improve on something. If she does, you have a good friend. If she doesn't, get a new friend.

In most cases its mutual shes probably jealous of you. I had the same situation. My best friend has everything, anything she has ever wanted or even i wanted she got it, but she has told me so many times that she is jealous of me. You are who you are. Your good at what you do, just because your not #1 you shouldnt be hard on yourself.

The best advise i can give is that if you two are really best Friends their is nothing that can separate you. If you do not agree then try being friends with someone who less talented than you. Trust this makes you fell better about your self.
