How do you cross over to guild wars nightfall to guild wars factions?

i just got the game and i have a joint acount please tel me exactly where and who to speak to

I think you have to go to the docks in Kamadan and you can sail from there to Cantha or Tyria i.e prophecies and factions. You can also get to the battle islands from there if you want some PvP action

you just cross over the docks dont wall in
