This is so inappropriate. Your teacher is doing something incredibly unethical and illegal by dating a student. He should be thrown in jail. Report him to the police immediately. He's taking advantage of you.

If you are over 18, it is illegal to have relations w/ someone who is younger than 16. He is way over 18, and you are much younger than 16. Call the cops.
