You can't you have to go to a nintendo convention to get one, and you have like a 1 in a 100,000 chances of that glitch appearing... also the same for pokerus..... here ill give you this really great site ok it deals all about the pokemon movies, games, extras, shows, and all that it is really quite good, but you can't copy any of the pictures or take anything from there.... i've tried.... the site is: http://serebii.net

"POKÃMON NAME INVALID" in the PokéDex programs. I presume you're meaning Jirachi.
Well, you can't catch it in Emerald! You can get hold of it off a GAME CUBE Game or Bonus Disk, depending on your location. You'll need a GBA-GC Lead and a GBA or GBA-SP.
Jirachi is on a Pokémon Colosseum Bonus Disk, which is in LIMITED SUPPLY, and have "sold out!"
Jirachi is also available on PAL (or European/Aussie) Pokémon Channel. After a week, you may have triggered an event to allow you to get Jirachi. With Channel, apparently you can only receive it only on Ruby & Sapphire, NOT Emerald, Leaf Green, Fire Red. But then You can always Trade.
It's Powerful little Pokémon, but a pain to find.
