And MUSTARD GAS is on the List of WMD's. As are many types of Biological, Nuclear, chemical, radiological weapons.

WMD's are not just Nukes which is a common mis-thinking.

He gassed them with mustard gas when they were protesting something. Don't know if it's genocide, but it's definately a pretty serious war crime of some sort.

PS: He did't use WMD like most people say. Mustard gas is what they used in World War I.

the Kurds done some uprising against sadman.
they were encouraged by the yanks, but then the yanks pulled out.
in international law,as the ruler of his country, he was squashing an uprising. that's not entirely illegal. its just proving that loads of people died that didn't need to die. now days you can squash an uprising, but your not allowed to kill too many people when you do it.

i think the yanks gave Iraq the chemicals to do it anyway - they most likely did, they sold arms to both them and the Iranians, or whoever it was, when they were at war.
