Our religion deals with spiritual cleanliness. It does not dictate the particulars in our life style. It is through the spiritual that, as individuals, we display our respect for what Jehovah has created. Through reading the purpose of the earth in Genesis 1: 26-31 we understand we are the tenders of this earth. Greed has dominated mankind to the point we actually muddy the stream we must drink from. Global warming caused by the burning of coal and fossil fuel is changing the dynamics of the weather . But as long as the big oil companies can turn a profit from a barrel of oil, fossil fuel is what we get. "Damn the environmental torpedoes, full speed ahead." I believe we are responsible for how we treat the earth and will be accountable to Jah for our actions. To think we would encourage destroying the earth to save it is not right. That would be like killing my loved grandmother because I want the insurance money faster than she is dieing. (Ok I'll bite! What's a VOT FILE?!)
