Hi Chris, it's great what you're doing and that you didn't let bullies ruin your life. I don't know how old you are, do you know that bullying happens at workplaces, among adults? I have read a few scary stories in Cosmopolitan about women who were bullied (either at work or in a group of people), of which some ended up with nervous breakdown and had to be signed off work and and now they're not even able to work.
Bullies usually have some personal issues, so they have to take it out on the others. It happened to me. I just didn't understand why some women in my former workplace were so nasty to me, 'cos I'd not done anything, but now I know that they were jealous - nearly all the guys there fancied me. That's about it.

Yes I was a bully when I was 10 years old and I hate myself for being one and it's very true - they are cowards

yes i was bullied at secondary school, a friend of mines sister was also bullied so badly she took her own life. the bullies got away with it, no action was taken by the police, it still upsets me now.

In high school, I generally protected the weaker kids. There were a few who just shouldn't have been let out alone, and I tried to stay between them and the mean ones.

yeah i was bullied when i was at high school,it was a horrible time for me, so ill check you out, bullys need stopping,

Yes I was bullied at secondary school, one particular girl made my life sheer hell for me.

Yes I was picked on at school. I'm 53 now and I still remember their names and faces.

Yes , I used to be a bit of a Bully.
I also used to stick up for my buddies who were getting bullied.
Ashamed & Proud of Myself.
