Try smaller pellets as was already said. Also you could smash a few pellets and make them into a powder. Try feeding the pellets at the same time as microworms/bbs to trick them into eating the pellets, and slowly feed less live food and more pellets.

Try feeding them micropellets. They're intended for neons, so they are a lot smaller than betta fry bites, and can help ease the transition.

Are you feeding them Wardley's betta bites? I haven't been able to get any kind of betta to eat them, ever. Hikori are apparently a more tasty food for bettas.
