Try lifting your heel, slightly left then right , your knee slightly bend in a relax position,your hips will be rotating,practice until you can do it fast. This is a technique from Belly dancing and Hula...... Heel work.

If you need to ask; you are too young to be doing it. Grinding is as close to foreplay as you can get without taking off your clothes, so unless you are ready to go beyond it...don't be doing it!
