A nice necklace in the shape of a heart would be nice, like to symbolize your love with her, or even if you could find one that has two hearts linked together, I think Tiffanys has some designs like that in silver, so they are not super expensive.

Well what I did was make her a home made presant and made a breakfast in bed she really loved it make like a mug, card, blanket, just little things.
