The metallica song has some prayer part that says "if i die before i wake, pray the lord my soul to take," but on this new song its some hip hop rapper guy and he says "if hip hop dies before i wake"?

I think you might be referring to "hip hop is dead" by Nas...but he isn't sampling Metallica...the line you typed is simply a play on the childrens prayer "now i lay me down to sleep" which metallica used in the song "Enter Sandman".

"Hip Hop is Dead" contains samples of "Apache" as performed by the Incredible Bongo Band, an instrumental song written by Jerry London and originally performed by The Shadows. It also contains a sample of "In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida" as performed by the Incredible Bongo band, written by Doug Ingle and originally performed by Iron Butterfly.

I dont know, sounds dumb.

But Three Six Mafia did a song called Mystic Styles with the riff from "Anywhere I Roam."

That song is sick.
