Because he gets carried away with it all, like David Gray. But David Gray looks a little bit demented when he does it. Stevie is a ledge.

Because he enjoys to do it, he feels the music, he lets it run through him. I rock from side to side too. It's kinder of dancing but not, it's just his way of performing. Enhancing the performance.

Thats his demeanour i guess, and he looks Damn cool, when he does it, if i did it, id look like a loon, i also think that because he is visually impaired, he does it as a means to absorb the sound around him, maybe its just a reflex...i dont know...you would have to ask Stevie if you met him...

Stevie Wonder is blind, which causes him, to have unbalanced movements... many over compensated movements, because he can't see, how he moves.
