I'd go for the Toyota, but that's cause I already have a Prius, and would like to visit one dealer for all our cars.

Seriously, though, Honda vs. Toyota is pretty much a wash. They're both good cars.

The 2007 Rav4 corrected all the issues with the first Rav4 came out. I think the Rav is a little bigger on the inside and it has more power. Plus the back seats can tilt and recline.

The Honda is the more versatile choice, but they're awfully nerdy. The Caddy is more luxurious and the engine is very smooth, making it great for long road trips but it's not great in the snow. Of those two, I'd go for the Cadillac, but mainly because I hate the CRV. In reality I'd be looking at other cars in the same price range.
