to you mean how to beat the champion after the elite four,it is easy,first you need many many revive and full restore,make sure that you has a eletric type and ice type and fire and water and earth type and a fighting type,try to battle him at an advandage so that you can win easyly.
example,when he uses garados,you can use a electric type pokemon with a strong electric type attack to easily defeat him.
