If it won't unlock with the central locking, then try it with a key. The child lock is a manual switch on the side of the door panel above the lock.
If you can't open it with a key, bring it to a garage - if you mess with it yourself, you'll probably damage it.

Surely a child lock implies you can still open it from the outside? I don't know the car but this sounds a bit daft. Can’t you open it with the key from the outside?
