Stevie Ray Vaughan because you can hear the soul of his guitar.

Difficult...these guys are from completely different music genres. SRV was undoubtedly one of the best 'contemporary electric blues players around, and his innovation was within the blues tradition, Stevie Via on the other hand was more experimental in terms of mixing up styles..along with Satriani. Both are at the top of the tree from where their coming from...sorry..it's a dead heat!!
