It was when I was very young and all I cared about were presents. My sister and I went to bed with a few presents under the tree and when we woke up the whole living room had been flooded with beautifully wrapped gifts with pretty bows. We got everything we wanted... except a Nintendo. Or so we thought. Our parents let us open every gift and although we were very happy with all the things we got on our list and even some stuff that was not on the list we were still a little disappointed that the Nintendo was not under the tree. My dad then tells my sister to go to the closet to get a pair of his pants and she goes in his room only to find a big box all wrapped up. She yells and I come running into the room and we tore that sucker open to find the Nintendo that we wanted! It was great.
Christmas has a lot more meaning to me now... but that was a good one. It reminded me a lot of "A Christmas Story".

Good times.

It's not any particular happy memory. It's the memories of Christmas morning when all the presents are piled on the floor and stockings are hanging with presents stuffed. That's always the good memories of Chrsitmas. But I also like wrapping presents, if that's what you mean by a happy memory. Every year, the week before Christmas I start wrapping presents. And I also like Christmas Eve because I can picture the image of presents on Christmas morning.

I hope this answered your question well. Merry Christmas!

Being at my grandma and grandpas house on christmas eve, eating a big dinner with my family and then opening up gifts. I love the feeling I had there. Its pretty much the same except for my grandpa being gone. But I still hold those memories close.

My parents would wrap half of me and my brothers gifts and leave some unwrapped and in the living room "from Santa". It was a clever ploy to allow them to sleep in longer I think.

I loved waking up in the morning and finding a bike/doll houses or car racing track sets already set up and ready to play with. I remember eating crazy amounts of candy/chocolate from the stocking along with other little toys or cool things mixed in while playing with my Santa gifts early early in the morning.

When I was young, being at my grandparents in the countryside, looking out the window at the snow falling on the lights in the front yard, with the smell of candles in the air and the sounds of laughter at my back.
