my cell phone doesnt get signals....?

i have a tmobile cell phone and i work in the hospital, i seen most people talking on the phone in the elevator, and i cant, thats cuase i dont get a signal, i need to get close to a window so i can make a call, i just never asked them which cell phone company do they use...can you tell me wich phone has good signal from any where am, in a building, a basement,even under a bridge tunnel. thank you.

i have been a customer with tmobile for 2 years i hate it but the only thing am still with them is becuase of the service plan.

Nokia phones are known to be the best for signal although changing your phone might help. I do not see it solving your problem, its more of an issue with your choice of cellular provider for the area you live and work. When your contract runs out, use the trail period given by other providers to find service that works where you need it

well if its a cheap cell phone then that could be a prob because they don't use material in the phone that will guarantee you that you will get signal somewhere and get full bars too.... trying getting a new phone thats not that cheap maybe from a company thats well known and you no will give you full bars outside...

Sounds to me that you have a crap cell. Look for a new cell, you need not look for a new carrier, but a new cell could be the better bet. Go to your local tmobile kiosk and ask about your cell. Maybe it is defective, or maybe it is the type of cell you have :(

Contact T-Mobile and get them to install a mast on the lift roof! Sod the patients health etc, you'll probs get a little backhander for finding a new site for a mast too . . .everyone's a winner
