It won't play it at all, does anyone know what's wrong?

I know! Mine does that too! What you need yo do is let it die completely and than plug it into your computer and open up iTunes. Hope this helps!

are you sure that you are in the library when its on shuffle? maybe it's a playlist that doesn't have the stuff you bought or w.e and you just didn't realize it...or i could be totally wrong. take it to the apple store and ask them if you wanna know for sure, though.
