Every job has some sort of routine. It is a matter of level. You have to find the enjoyment within the routine, and make it different everyday. Being an artist is also facing routine every day, and you just have to know twist your thought in beating the routine.
I don't think it is any difference than finding other job.

Get a job at a daycare its not routine, and you can be artistic with the kids, but you cant let them down by not showing up! you can create the theme of the weeks and the prjects they do its kinda cool its not the best paying job but it the best feeling knowing you have impacted their lives!

My best friend is the same way, she would flop from job to job, even boys would become too routine for her, and she would always get bored of things early.
i think you should find a job that you enjoy doing, something that you can do to express your artistic abilities, and things you enjoy
good luck

im an artistic person too, but ive become accustomed to routine things. thats just how life is. you cant sacrifice your job--your life--just because you dont like a routine. and if its a good paying job, thats even more reason to just learn to accept the routine that comes along with it.

You could always start your own business. Market the skills you have as a freelance artist.
