I download'ed somethingand cant find it?

i downloaded a game than i uninstaled it and i bought the real game now when i try to set it uo it wont let me untill i uninstall the other one but idid that already so now what.

Add/Remove programs. if the game is still there then delete it.

Go to Add/ Remove and un-install it.
