That's really cool that you want to write a song and all, but you have to wait until you feel something to write about...you shouldn't have other people tell you what to write, it should be something that you feel like you need to write. That's what writing music is all about!!!

Take a tip from the Eagles [Don Henley, et al] and write about feelings and experiences that everybody can relate to, not just you.
The title should be a word or phrase from the chorus.

do you remember a song from way back by roger wittaker called
"The last farewell " about asailor and his woman insome hot land
he has to leave for a sea battle, or the song " ruby " about the vietnam war.Well i think its time to perk up the troops and give em a smash hit song. if you listen to those two songs give you ideas.
